ADOBE READER (OPENS IN A NEW WINDOW)
All of the entry forms and booking forms are stored in a format called "pdf" or Portable Document Format.
In order to view files in this format you need a tool called Adobe Reader. This is free to download and you can do this by clicking on the image to the right to link to the Adobe website.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOAD
  1. At the Adobe website, you should arrive on the Adobe Reader page. At the top right you will see an option to download now – click on this option.
  2. You will now arrive at the first Adobe Reader download page.
  3. First click on the License Agreement to check that you agree with the terms then use the BACK button on your browser to return to this screen.
  4. This screen has automatically ticked a box to download Adobe Photoshop too (bottom right-hand side). If you do not want this download then untick the box by clicking on it.
  5. Check that the version shown (top left) is for your operating system.
    • If it is then you may now click on the Continue button to start the download and skip to instruction 8.
    • If not click on Choose a Different Version to go to the following screen which allows you to choose your operating system, version and language.
  6. Make the appropriate selections before clicking on Continue.
  7. You are now shown Step 2. Choose the version of Adobe Acrobat required (usually the latest version). Untick the box for Adobe Photoshop (unless you also require this) and click on Download Adobe Reader.
  8. Whether or not you changed the operating system version you now go to the second Adobe Reader download page. If you wish to receive further information from Adobe you may register on this page using Register Now.
  9. Download starts automatically, however, if you have pop-ups disabled, or certain firewall software installed then the installation program may pause. This is because it needs to use an Active-X control (another program). If this happens then click on the cream bar above and when options are given you should choose Install Active X Control.
  10. A dialog box then pops up to ask if you want to install the software. Click on Install to proceed.
  11. The Download Manager screen appears. The download may take some time depending on the speed of your internet connection so there is a period of waiting now.

  13. Followed by another and several more of the same …
  14. Eventually you get the message that set-up is completed. Click on OK to finish installation.
Now Adobe Reader is installed. When you try to open a pdf document, Adobe Reader should automatically start up and display the document.
You may then print or save the document as required.
