STALLS & ADVERTISING
Stalls and space are available to hire at the Show. This year we are offering traders the
opportunity to either pay us a fixed fee of £40 under cover, or 10% of turnover, if they feel
£40 is excessive. To book some space either download the form, or contact us to discuss your
requirements. Registered charities may apply for an outdoor charity stall, which is free of
charge (unregistered organisations may be permitted a charity stall at the discretion of the
show committee). You may supply your own table (usually up to 6ft in length) or you may hire
a show trestle table for £5 if required. Please indicate requirements on your form.
TO BOOK: Please print off the relevant form(s) below, complete and return to the person named on
the form with any fees. Stalls and space should be booked by July 31st. Tables may be booked
later up to August 17th (subject to availability). Payment required at time of booking.

tickets to the show are included. First check that the programme brochure has not yet been finalised (e-mail the Secretary), then print the form to submit your advert. Send the completed form along with any fee(s) to the person named on the form.
Arena banners may also be displayed by negotiation.
